INGENIERIA Y DESARROLLO DEL CAUCHO S.A.C, It is a company which was
founded on the 16th October 1999, created with the purpose to cover the needs
of the automotive markets, dedicating itself to produce rubber products. The
company is located in the industrial zone of Lima, Peru.

The Rubber, thanks to its mechanical physical? properties allows the company to
diversify to other types of markets, for which are created other strategic units,
allowing IDC to generate competitive advantages with respect to its main
competitors.

It is so, that the customary extruded profiles for the automotive segment will join
with other high turnover products such as: welts and borders for the footwear
segment; bridge supports and waterproof material for the construction segment; defensive protection for wharfs and jetties for the marine segment; coating protection for rollers used in the mining segment, amongst others.

Based on effective management and guaranteed by the quality of our products, the company has a partnership with its main suppliers, whom are aware, that betting for our company would guarantee their profits in the medium and long term; building this way a business relationship supported by credit lines that guarantee our productive process.

We understand that to assure the quality of our products it is not sufficient to wait
until the whole process is finished to perform a quality control, but this has to be
carried out in each and every stage of the production processes.

IDC therefore performs two types of quality controls, as follows:

Quality based on processes control

Process Control with the aid of checklists of tasks and scheduled inspections.

Following our Quality standards, we supervise each one of the steps that
make up the production process.

For this reason, from the planning phase of the project, we guarantee the compliance with a series of requirements, such as:

• Preparation
• Product Design
• Develop a plan for risks prevention.

We continuously improved our quality process through both the assessments that are made throughout the project as well as in the final report.

Quality based on results control

• Verify that the product complies with the clients required specifications.
• Precise revision of the length and measures requested by the client
• Testing of use and malleability of the product.
• Tailoring the product packaging suitable for its transportation to the clients warehouse.
• We use the JIT method (just in time) for the delivery of our products.
